¡¡¡¡OPV1100D/E is designed for converting NTSC/PAL from/to SDI signals. OPV1100D is a decoder converting 10-bit NTSC/PAL composite TV signals to 4:2:2 digital signals. ADC and the latest digital filter technologies are employed to deliver excellent signals. OPV1100D allows for embedding field 1 source to enable 8-field-PAL/4-field-NTSC synchronization with OPV1100E, which results in better picture quality when OPV1100E converts signals back to PAL/NTSC.

¡¡¡¡OPV1100E is a high quality encoder converting 10-bit digital 4:2:2 to NTSC/PAL composite, accompanied with 10-bit component analog video (CAV) converter. The output provides composite and component formats simultaneously. A large timing range, relative to the external reference input, is provided by the integration of on-board frame synchronizer, input frame buffer and horizontal phase adjustment. OPV1100E allows field 1 source synchronization for 8-field-PAL/4-field-NTSC signals converted to SDI, which guarantees better picture quality when signals are converted back to PAL/NTSC. This function can only be realized when field 1 information is embedded into the SDI stream.

¡¡¡¡With OPV1100D/E, user parameters can be converted through the dipswitch on the device easily.
